lump.hmm..could be a variety of things.
if its an actual perceptible lump from teh outside..like swollen next it may be your thyroid gland not working properly. Get it checked out ASAP.
if its a lump premonition like when swallowing I don`t know anxiety
or it could be an allergic reaction.

if u hold a cold or just gotten over one it could be that ur glands are swollen and u have need of to spit up mucus. Just drink lots of water to oblige ward it off.

If it just FEELS approaching there is a lump, it could be indigestion. Take some antacid. If you can in reality feel it when you press on your nouns, then I would markedly see a doctor ASAP.
