I took a penicillin pill of 500 mg after that sex thinking that it would gun down any germs in my body, if i have any, that i could have gotten from her. Do i enjoy some sort of known STD that i may hold gotten from her or something else?

But you could hold gotten the dead octopus flu from her when you kissed her.

I don't reflect you would get the internal symptoms close to you described within 48 hours, although you could other symptoms similar to an infection in and on your penis only as fast. All the Stds I know of<which is a lot> don't hold symptoms like that so brisk so im gonna guess u just worked ur self too intricate and then get exposed to a virus or the flu. So next time cart it easy : ) or at tiniest easier
get to your doctor ASAP and acquire tested she may have given you an STD or some other infection, but really its impossible for such symptoms to arise so summarily perhaps you get the Flu or some other virus which can spread quite at full tilt. Next time if a chick smells bad down in that don't do anything sexual. its not worth getting sick over.

you really should go to your doctor and ask him/her if you could lug a std test or something, you might own something, but if her vagina was stinkin close to that if i were i wouldnt even put my penis in close proximity her vagina, i wouldnt care if i be so horny i couldnt stand it. Taking a single penicillin pill won't help you, this type of medication wishes to be taken over a longer period e.g. 10+ days and possibly multiple times a time, only a doctor will know how to tell what will work best.
