What is the best way?

I would right to be heard yes.
The tampon is going to be as full as the amount of menstrual blood you are producing. You should be changing your tampon in the order of every 4 hours. If you leave a tampon surrounded by for prolonged periods you risk the potential problem of toxic shock syndrome.
You may awareness that your flow changes from morning to day. You might want to find more information about what the average amount of flow is for one time.

Washing questions (Ladies only)?

it may not hav be in within long enough
u still hav other discharge come out when on ur period and so they are soaked up too

Would this fashion me gain a few pounds?

Your flow may be lighter than the absorbtion strength of the tampon. That's fine. You may even be able to acquire away with using smaller (teen) sized ones. Either this, or you remove it too hasty. Typically the instructions will suggest removing it after 3 hours or so. I wouldn't recommend leaving it within longer than 3 or 4 hours due to the increased risk of experiencing TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome), which is an associated risk.

Hope this helps.
