Why spotting before extent? Past 3 !?

For the past 3 period, I spotted for about 2 days until that time I started my period. My period started on March 20, April 18, and May 15 (this does not include the spotting).

I was reading that one adjectives cause of spotting several days since the menstrual cycle is due is low progesterone, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, birth control pills (not on any), or sexually transmitted diseases and some cancers.

I also be having similar to these weird cramps where on earth I have to stay still until they stir away because it been uncomfortable to move.

Please should I be concerned that something serious is wrong. I have an appt. on the 1st of June beside ob/gyn. Can somebody give me some warning on what could be causing this?

I'm not sure if this is motivation but I did spot alot before my time or some months it just doesn't come but until 5/19/2007 i've experienced the worst aching in lower departed abdomen throughout my vertebrae and legs and said I had Ovarian cysts...I'm still researching abbout it sounds adjectives and my follow up Appt.. is tommorrow because I was within ER overnight...I'm not sure if this helps but the spooting sounds adapted to mines...I mean the symptoms for Ovarian cysts are irregular period,pain within the abdomen,cramp during intercourse I mean here's more but just to pet name a few.. i can research yourself but to share mines...God Bless and if need more info...please don't delay.
