Grow 5 inches in one year?

can i grow 5 inches in a year? im 5'4 1/2 female 15 years older just turned this month , father or 6'1 and mother 5'2 i want to accomplish 5'8 or 5'9 , can i? or how many inches can i grow more? or how can i grow more excercise or something? alsoo my first time of year was when i be 12 , and my first growth spurt was when i be 10 ,,, since then i didnt enjoy any , and i only grow an inch or more per year , i play tennis , and voleyball 12 hr of excercise a week can the sports affect growing? economically there are my doubts hope anyone can backing me

while its not impossible you will reach that point. it is unlikely. most girls once they turn 14 are within nearly 2 inches of their final height. here are no exercises you can do to help, within fact excessive exercise might rescheduling growth. while it is true our lifestyle will eventually affect our height, those factor are more important when we are youthful children. the best thing you can do for yourself in a minute is avoid caffeine and get apt sleep. aside from that you have to consent to nature run its course.

whats wrong with one 5'4 anyways? think just about it, you can wear ridiculous heels without looking silly. and you don't enjoy to worry give or take a few guys being too short for you.

well since you had a growth spurt at 10 you probabley wont own another, especially 5 inches. you might grow an inch, two if your lucky. growing deals next to genetics and since your mother is 5'2, its not predictable. and growth stops 2 years after you first start your period, i cultured.

At 15 you are probably at your heighth. There really isn't anything you can do, it's all genetics. Boys are different though. One of my brothers grew almost 18 inches in 2 years, and my son have grown 13 inches in the last 26 months at 15. I reach my heighth at 13 and only grew another inch after I be 18.

u might not know how to reach 5'8 or 5'9 but u might know how to become close to it i am 178cm's tall and my dad is 6'something and my mom is simply like 5'5 or 5'6, u might find that u will grow alot, i know that i hold, last yr i be 165cm's tall and know im 178 ( i know this becuase my skool measures our loftiness in a check up every occupancy or second term) and if ur worried about anyone short, the upside is it will be easier for u to find a guy that is taller next you are !! good luck beside growing !

ya I'm 15 and im 5'1 and im done growing...and my nearest and dearest are all average loftiness but i got my shortness from close to my great gramma so ya its amazing how Jeans work but im ok with my rank and i think its better to be shorter than really high-ceilinged and dangly...but if you were to grow that much it would really depend on your family jeans

Very Depressed? What To Do?

I'm 15 also, and I can't seem to stop growing! My dad is give or take a few 6'2", and my mom is about 6'0", and right presently I'm 5'10". You usually are done growing about 2 years after you bring your first period, so I would read aloud you're done growing or almost done. There's nothing wrong beside being 5'4" though, I longing I was 5'4" sometimes! You can wear clothes that don't engineer you look ridiculous, and your feet are probably not that big so you can wear cute shoes, plus you don't tower above adjectives the guys! =]
