Endometrial ablation?does anyone know if this is available on the nhs?

ive been looking into hysterectomys as i enjoy extremely bad period,and ive read about this other procedure,which seem to be a lot better than have a big op,has anyone on here have the op,and if so what do you think

I'm a nurse on a gynecology ward and to be honest contained by my experience they are not very well brought-up. If you were my mother/sister/Friend I would insist on you to go straight to a hysterectomy. Its not that big an operation now!
My mum was offered this procedure in the past her hysterectomy, but I advised her to shift just for the hysterectomy. She be in hospital 3 days and posterior to normal after 2 weeks!
The women I know have the endometrial ablation are still coming back 6 months after that as they are still passing left-over clots which enjoy become infected and they need IV antibiotics! they bring to a close up needing hysterectomy anyway!!

im not sure what your really trying to say, but right very soon i am having period that last for 2 months and crap. my doctor merely changed on the june 1 so i could go and see what is wrong. I hear about a procedure call novasure. which makes your bin liner thinner,which doesnt require no removal of your organs and your able to hold normal lighter period, but you have to spawn sure your done having children. Im not sure if i can own this yet, but if it is not fibroids, or anything else, im going to enjoy this procedure. just achieve all the question paper done.
