Do most women gain weight after a hysterectomy and what nearly sex drive?

If they leave you your ovaries, you'll be fine. If not it depends entirely on how they replace your hormones. You inevitability to have long speech with your doc. And if you don't approaching what they have to voice, see another one. Best of luck to you. I had one but kept my ovaries when I be only 30. I'm 60 very soon and started taking estrogen in my 50's like everyone else and I am still very sexually alive and have a nice digit.
