Sorry about the exaggerated title piece, lol.but is it normal for your chest to be tender during or right in the past you have your cycle? Everytime I run or something, it hurts really doomed to failure, I can't lay a certain means of access or they'll hurt. Also, they feel similar to hard contained by certain areas [I dunno if it's lumps] close to muscle when I touch where it hurts. Everytime I explain to my mom this, she brushes me off but this happen everytime when I'm about to own my cycle[maybe a week before.] So, what are the tricky parts? Also, I have no discharge or anything..the lumps and spasm go away after my cycle is over.

Oh, and I'm 14, by the way.

It seem normal for me. I cogitate it was due to fluid retention. Try lay off carbonated beverages, caffeine and saline. You can have some but contained by moderation. Seemed to help me. (sounds crazy but rime packs aid when they were really bad)

I'm 17, so I don't know much more than you. It is run of the mill for your chest to be tender around your cycle. With any luck, it (mostly) will go away over time.( I know from experience.) As for the lumps, it could be where on earth your body is getting ready for breast milk, but that's only a guess.
