I've been on two pills. I'm on Cyclessa in a minute, which has have a stronger effect on these two things. Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo affected my mood for going on for 3 months, and my sex drive never lowered. However, OTC Lo DID stop working*, and Cyclessa has not.

*Didn't obtain pregnant, but cramps and menstruation returned to pre-pill levels, indicating that they be no longer effective
