Obese teen? am i overweight?

i am 15 years old and 6 monts and i am 5'6. i am currently 134 pounds. i know that i am big but am i too big? what can i do to lose mass, i've been trying to put away around 1200 calories a day and excercise deeply, help please =) appreciation.

No, you are not overweight. Too much emphasis is placed on self very tapered these days. Your solidity is not as much a reflection of your belief of yourself as the way you ponder about yourself. 135lbs is great for 5'6".

Rather than focus on consignment...focus on fitness. Exercise regularly. Lift weights 3 times a week. Muscle weighs more but make you smaller appearing...it also allows you to eat more and not gain counterbalance. Walk. daily.

Avoid second-hand goods food. Avoid simple carbohydrates like bread, cake or sweets. Drink lots of river.

Don't cut back on your calories. 1200 a afternoon is not enough. You may lose freight but you will also slow down your metabolism which will make you fatter contained by the long run. Just exercise more and eat no smaller amount than 1500 a day.

Life isn't roughly being thinner. It is almost liking yourself and one healthy.
