Lump under disappeared arm?

i felt a lump underneath my left arm which when touched is fairly tender, i noticed it in the order of two months ago but thought it was because i be due a period but its in that all the time immediately any one got any guidance or had simular lumps

Under your arm you own lots of glands called lymph nodes sometimes these can become blocked and this cause them to swell up, that's what makes them stick out and they can normally be quite rough. If you take paracetamol it help i have have them before, i no its gross but even avoid shaving for a bit because when you spray deodorant this can cause them to be blocked to, try and hold a hot flannel lower than your arm it helped fall swelling. If it persists dance to your GP just to exterminate anything more serious.. x
