right now a moment ago wear the pads. after you spell is over it on the toilet eith your leg open or stand up next to one leg on the toilet seat. Take your foot and find where the hole is. MAKE SURE YOUR HANDS ARE CLEAN. when you perceive the hole insert the tampon. if your pushing on the tampon and you are blocked by some kind of wall try again. hope i own helped you within some kind of passageway.

If your a virgin it will be best to use pads, but if your hymen broke when you be little and playing outside then you basically have to skim it back until u perceive soemthing enter your vagina thats all you own to do. I dont have a hymen but I still use pad

this is a time to get to kno yourself a bit better.to put it simply, you have 3 holes. the first one is one you should know incredibly well, you piss out of it...the other one is contained by your .soooooo it's not at the top it's in the middle if you've hit your butt you've gone too far! =-P
