How do I stop my period from coming while I'm on break?

I'm going on vacation from June 28 to July 8 and I'm supposed to bring my period at some point during that time. I would to some extent not because I'll be in a swimsuit on the sand most of the time and don't want to be bloated nor have any situations arise. Is in that anyway to stop it just for that time spell? I'm currently on an oral contraceptive and I heard that I should stop taking the placebo/sugar pills. But when do I stop taking them neat for me not to get my interval while on vacation which is 2 months from presently?

For the month of your vacation, skip the artificial pills which you take when you capture your period and start a hot pack right away. This will hold your period stale for another month but don't be surprised if mid month you do have a bit spotting...totally normal.

Do cramps start a few hours up to that time your periods starts?

Just don't cart the placebo pills the month that you are planning on going on vacation. So you wouldn't clutch the placebo pills for the June pack...

The simplest passageway to avoid your period during a hard to please week is to not take your placebo pills for one month (in your armour the week you're on vacation). So start your next pack of pills quickly instead of taking your last sugar pill week.

Is it majority for a woman to have an irregular time of year?

I've done this before. I asked my doctor and she said it's o.k. to do once contained by a while.
I believe you should finish up this month (April)normally. And May as well. Then when you start on the packet for June, do not whip the placebo pills at the end. Just start your July packet.
