I want to lose immensity. don't roll with laughter.?

I'm 20 yrs old and 5'8, 120 pound i know most people would articulate i don't need to lose any weight but i want to be to 113. I am a runner and my legs are muscle but i reflect they are big but they are solid muscle. Last summer i lost weight and i weighed around 113. I basically like being really small. Usually when i run like mad i lose weight. I don't eat profoundly, i eat really healthy. I hold always been really skinny but from running for masses years i have gained muscle for the most part in my legs. Does anyone hAve any tips.

well i lost a unharmed person once so , yes you only want to lose a touch,Eat three meals a day ,small porotions and munch through a lot of water vegetables they crawl you up faster and always drink water ever bite you drink,that will help you too lose weight. But you dont inevitability too lose weight, for when you exercises you bodys not gained freight its gained muscle and muscle weights more than water and podginess.Take care.

for your rise, you shouldn't weigh less than 130-135. I am your height too and I enjoy weighed 115-120 pounds in days gone by and I had an eating disorder. Talk to a dr.this could be a problem..
