Missed interval after surgery?

Three week ago, I had a C-section to remove my right ovary and fallopian tube. Both have passed through my inguinal canal. A voluminous cyst was formed on my motionless ovary and it too was removed. I am 18 years antediluvian. I’m on day 33 since my concluding period. The doctor said I should hold a normal interval every month because I still have one in good health ovary. Do you think it is typical to miss this first period after surgery? I know not various people enjoy any similar situation so this may be hard to answer. I would appreciate any support.

This can be perfectly common, especially if it is the ovary the last egg be going to be relased from. There is nothing to shed, so as a consequence you are not having a usual cycle.

Also, you body has only just gone through trama...so this is another cause for it.

You should have your time monthly but it could be stress that is delay things. It could also be that your body is still adjusting to the missing ovary. You will simply have an egg drop every other month though.
