Core-strengthening exercises (pilates, slight ab routines) can help support your rear legs. A dance class is a bit of a time investment, but I have excellent posture in my teens, gratitude to dance, so why not try it? However, now…ugh. I get lazy, and my rear is a mess. Like you, I'm working on it, but good for you for one so proactive - may you avoid the problems I have in a minute!

stand straight, stick out your chest and hold contained by your stomach. it will automatically make some change. you have to practice this several times a time for longer and longer periods.
After a while you will automatically do it... it does clutch constant trying and patience.. but it does work..

Just start sitting up straight, when you walk stand elevated. You'll notice the difference, it will get the impression weird at first but afterwards you'll get used to it. Or only just walk next to a book on your head,...J/k
