Birth Control?

Okay, so I am going on vacation Saturday. I plan on skipping over my dummy/sugar pills while on time off because it should be that time of the month. I have never done it formerly. Do I just throw the dummy pills away or do I hold them after my first week on the new pack is done? And if you own done this before does it work all right?

I did that one time for a cruise, and it took MONTHS for my cycle to get rear on schedule. I would never do it again.

If you start your subsequent pack right away, then Aunt Flo will not ruin your leave. If you're just going to skip the seven dummy pills, consequently start your new pack seven days after you finish your mature pack (like you had taken the dummy pills). If you take them at the wrong time (week 2 of unmarked pack) then you will greatly likely reverse the birth control effects. The pills are specially timed to your monthly cycle, so if you take week one, later the dummies, you could very effortlessly get pregnant.

In a nutshell, you own two options: Start the clean pack as scheduled, but throw away the dummy pills that you don't clutch.

2. Start the new pack the first year you should start the dummy pills and throw away the dummy pills. This should stop or lighten your time of year ~ but it's unhealthy to do this every month. For a break or something special, it's ok once in a while.
