Abnormalities on a mammogram?
my mom got a phone up from the dr that she has to come and see them in the order of some abnormalities on her mammogram. She have never had one formerly nor does she have a central family history of cancer contained by her family. her aunt on her mothers side died of it various years ago. But other than that not a soul else has any mode of cancer that she knows of.
Is within any advice that anyone can contribute me on how to be supportive and if there is something wrong what I can do to back her? I am so scared for her and I really don't want to have a sneaking suspicion that negative but sometimes its concrete not too. Thanks for any adivce anyone can give.

Hormone change can create abnormalities contained by the breast tissue and usually is benign (non-cancerous). However, as a precaution they may want to biopsy the area to engineer sure (normal and standard procedure). I also can tell you if it is CA lots woman have great nouns in getting rid of the CA when caught rash. Good luck to you and your Mom.

Just be her rock.You basically have to be in attendance for her. It could be something that might not be cancer. Just be there to support her.
