You can find them in most groceries and drug stores.

HOWEVER, I notably suggest against them.

Your vagina has a different PH plane then the rest of your body, and its own agency of keeping itself at the right PH. Douches can screw up that PH (especially ones that enjoy scents, fragrances, etc) and can do irritation, and worse yet, bacterial infections.

If you are concerned in the region of the smell, or discharge, and you already wash yourself regularly, afterwards you might have an infection, and should see a doctor. Otherwise, wash your vulva in the shower next to soap and water is fairly sufficient.

You should NEVER EVER douche without a docs concurrence. The vagina is a self cleaning oriface and you should not use soap, douches or sprays in that area. Douching upsets the ordinary PH of the vagina and can set you up for nasty infection. I can't communicate you how many times I enjoy wanted to bring a box of douche out a womans shopping cart when she wasn't looking.

How can a being that has irregular period get pregnant?

Douching is an archaic practice where on earth water and chemicals are squirted beside force into the vaginal passage -- and it can create all sorts of awful things to crop up. So unless a doctor has PRESCRIBED a douche, here is absolutely NO necessitate for one.

Douching is HORRIBLE for the body, because it washes away adjectives the beneficial bacteria surrounded by the vaginal canal, departing the user susceptible to vaginal yeast infections, over-drying of the vaginal tissues, and other awful things.

And if you already HAVE an infection, the jetting action of the douche will in reality cause MORE mar, by forcing the germs and bacteria you're trying to receive rid of into the uterine cavity, creating a potentially fatal condition call Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID).
