NEVER douche. They are NOT past the worst.You should NEVER EVER douche without a docs concurrence. The vagina is a self cleaning oriface and you should not use soap,douches or sprays in that area. Douching upsets the ordinary PH of the vagina and can set you up for nasty infection. I can't communicate you how many times I enjoy wanted to bring a box of douche out a womans shopping cart when she wasn't looking.
