i am VERY short, under 5 foot and everyone is saying that when your time of year comes you will stop growing, well i havn`t gotten mine however but it is coming soon because i get discharge and i own all these signs of my interval coming. i dont want to b 4 ft. 8 inches for the rest of my life, i do tons of excersize and drink healthy but im not growing!! is nearby any way for me to grow faster? and until that time my period comes?

You do not stop growing once you get your interval. On average, in the U.S., a girl get her first period at 13, however a girl can grow until she is about 21 years weak.
There is nothing really you can do besides making sure you're getting sufficient nutrients to "make" yourself grow. You merely have to be merciful.

whoever told you that you stop growing when you start your term is not intelligent. That is a MYTH. I started mine when I was 12 and I did not stop growing.That is purely a myth and I haven't even hear that before.

But i dont think that you stop growing when you carry your period, because i get mine last month, and im still growing myself and im single 5'1", and sence then i grew i partly inch so im 5'1.5" now. O thats sooooo NOT true! I kept getting taller up until I was 17!HAHAHA I own never heard that! I regard you still have time to grow! Everyone is different! you may still grow even after you hold your P. I thought I was done growing but after I have my Sec kids I grow 1/2 inch! So you never know :) Good Luck

You do not stop growing just because you acquire your period!! Whoever told you that wishes to pay attention within human anatomy lol. You will get taller if you are designed to...don't worry nearly it so much!Hun I'm 5 feet one inch and I'm 30 years elderly. I was approaching you short and wanting so badly to grow taller, but in that isn't a thing that you can do to speed up the process of your elevation or growth. Only if you haven't had your growth spurt however, then you can hold a shot of growing taller, but that's something that your body and time will tell. Its great that you are ingestion right and exercising and keeping your body healthy and fit that's upright, please keep it up even when you win older. well i started growing when i was 12 yo, n stoped at 23 yo.my point now is 5ft4,n within is nothing to do next to my period.my parents not rather tall in truth but my 2 brothers,still growing taller n taller even now they are 20 n 22.my mum does bequeath them to have herbal soup sometimes, n they also do alot of exercise expecially basketball.sometimes i yearning that i could get taller so that i can come together the model lines, but it dun bother me even im not in.if this is the limited loftiness i can get, lately let it be.

u dont stop growing when it comes..u actually grow more devoloped....i get it at 4'11' and now i am 5'4
