What you are describing is clearly not normal. I would distinctly phone your doctor first thing within the morning. After you describe the bleeding, he may want to see you before Thursday.
It could be something as simple as a hormone imbalance. There are lots of things that could bring this...Endometreosis, a cyst...all kind of things. I don't think it is serious though. You are doing the right item by going back to the doctor. There are test they can run to figure it out. Don't verbs!

OHHH THATS IRREGULAR I THINK YOU SHOULD SEE A DOCTOR UNLESS YOU ARE ON DA PILL(BIRTH CONTROL)This bleeding that you are have now is breakthrough bleeding and it can achievement a lot similar to a menstrual period. This bleeding can sometimes be cause by an infection such as to the cervix.
I would definitely stir ahead and call the dr tomorrow to consent to them know what is going on now even though you are due to see him on Thurs.
I'm having to jump back to my dr as ably for breakthrough bleeding issues which seem to be related to the medication I've be taking.
In the mean time try upping your iron level by eating things resembling spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course). This may also help near some of the cramping that you are feeling. I found that it did for me when I would win the cramping bad close to that.
