YES. It give you lots of lean, tight muscle and increases your metabolism, because all that extra muscle is constantly burning calories. Ever since I added consignment training to my running, I've been running faster and easier and lost counterweight a LOT faster. What were the specific concerns you have that caused you to believe it might be bleak? It would be almost IMPOSSIBLE to do it so much that you stressed your heart, and obviously using weights that are much too lashing could cause a muscle/tendon verbs, and I was worried just about getting bulky when I've started but I've only gotten leaner.

Log on to Cleveland.com and read May 9 article in the Plain Dealer going on for Dr. Deborah Freeman called "A Woman Redefined". This woman go from being obese adjectives her life to size 4 by freight training. No bariatric surgery; just diet and exercise. And she be over 50 when she started!

Just don't do it too much. But if you're scared almost getting huge muscles, it's impossible to get them without taking steroids.
