Why is my wife's labia minora swollen?

We started off near oral stimulation on her (10 mins or so) and added lubrication during intercourse (35-40 mins). We had a nice blend of slow and steady and nippy and furious. Now two days later her labia is still swollen. She's going to her OB but I'm only just curious as to why she would still be swollen after 2 days. I've read that a yeast infection could cause the problem.

Late spell and cramps?

Its probably still from the friction. I have have that problem as well...usually soaking in a hot tub will give a hand. It could also be a infected lymph gland down there..really doubt its a yeast infection. Her OB should know how to diagnose. Nice to see a husband who is concerned.

Im have trouble sleeping?

It could be an infection or it could just be irritated from the friction. It'll shift down in a few days. If it's really bothersome, give an account her to put a heating wad on it to help the swelling turn down.

Seriously, I stipulation a much more detailed description of the whole exploit, from what bottle of wine you ordered with dinner to what features of cigarette you had after it adjectives happened. Don';t loaf for the doctors opinion - of late ask us - we know better.

It probably not the sex's failure (im not even sure how to phrase that sentence grammatically correct lol). But she might of got some sort of STD. She unequivocally needs to see a doctor.
Edit: Actually the other posters are probably right, it probably does hold to do with the lubricant, crude lubricant is best.
