i am 36 weeks pregnant and i have already lost my mucus plug! i am 1cm dialated and cervix is at 70% (i dont know what that scheme exactly) but i have have to pee like a billion times within the last 2 days and lying on that i am having a white stringy mucus show up on my toilet rag when i wipe! what is this? what does it mean? is it run of the mill? is it a possible sign of labor? please help! if you enjoy a lot of info please email me at [email protected] you for any advice

You requirement to call your dr today to permit them know what is going on because it sounds like you might only just be in labor. If you can't find a hold of your dr then please turn to the hospital where you are set to deliver your babe and they will get a hold of the dr and check you out to see how far along you are.

The 70% have to do with how open out the cervix is (what they call dilated) to allow the babe-in-arms to come thru. The cervix needs to be 10 cm dilated (which technique that this thing is pushed adjectives the way back) to allow the babe's head to come thru.

The stringy mucus be your mucus plug. You need to call for your dr to let them know what is going on.
