Does Anyone Else Experience Extreme Mood Swings Before Their Period?
For some reason, I am have some real mental issues previously I get my cycle. I don't have an idea that that it could be PMS due to the fact that I enjoy extreme highs and extreme lows, almost to the point of contemplating suicide. Then, as soon as I find my cycle I am fine and think to myself why did I hold such erratic thoughts. Does anyone have any belief how to alleviate this problem? I get the exact same agency during my cycle; however, I am also bipolar and one of the side effects of bipolar depression is having extreme high and lows during the month.
It is very adjectives to have extraordinarily high/low moments during your cycle because of the surges of hormones, but I would recommend seeing your doctor. Perhaps she could prescribe you something that will alleviate your mood swings.
I find that writing down your emotions within a journals help, because after your cycle is over, you can read your journal and have a sneaking suspicion that, "wow, I can't believe I felt that style..." It'll make you more aware of how you can anticipate your subsequent cycle. Plus, you can bring this journal to your doctor and she can use this information in prescribing you something.
I also find that chocolate help :)

My mood changes past my period too.Since your mood can jump down so far that you feel suicidal, you may want to discuss the issue beside a doctor, even if you know you don't want to go the medication route, it's biddable to get checked out to label sure it's not part of a larger hormonal issue.
I know St. John's Wort is supposed to lend a hand with depression, so is Omega-3 grease. Don't know if they'd be effective for the manic sector of the mood swings, though.
