After i went through remarkably bad time i didn't realised it be post natal depression.. seek medical guidance at your GP. They can help. If you are lucky you can address to your partner (my one always not here, alway doing business). As soon as you start doing something give or take a few it sooner you will get better. I want I could ask earlier and it could've be not that bad
