When I am going to go and get my length?
Ive had the set in in for nearly 3 months now and the with the sole purpose problem ive had so far was a term that lasted nearly four weeks. It stopped and then a week or so following i had some light spotting but zilch since. It can stop your periods completely or play complete havok with them, you enjoy to give it three months before you establish if you want to keep it or have it taken out so the doctors and you can monitor any side affects etc. When you hold it put in, they give u a local anestethic and later simply inject it under your skin. Itll be stingy and sore for about a week afterwards and at hand is some bruising but that soon goes away. Just try not to knock or strain your arm. Good luck! xx
Edit: Pro - You dont have to remember to lug it every day as you would a pill or using a condom :)
What are these red indented scar on my breasts?
hi I just have a baby 9 weeks ago so had implanon fitted a few days ago, didnt hurt, can sort periods unpredictable, some people receive no periods at all, some relations just their regular cycle, others have constant bleeding and spotting, ive be told if this is the case, I may need to also stir on the pill to kick start a regular cycle, which I dont fancy doing, unfortunately Ive not be on it long enough to tell you how its artificial me! Of course the pros are worry free contraception, that wont be affected by sickness, antibiotics etc and also unlike other contraceptives such as the prod, when you get it removed your fertility goes right stern to normal meaning you could technically conceive straight away!I must allow, whilst i was in practice this be one of my least favourite methods of contraception. It be a bit fiddly to fit and even more difficult to remove. Nearly all women have irregular, unpredictable and recurrently some continuous dribbling of blood for 3 months and some for as long as 6 months. The problem is many find they either don't close to this, which they are often not warned roughly, nor the mood changes the implant, not infrequently produces, and want it removed legally quickly after insertion.
hi i got the bud in three years ago but got it out 2 years ago planning for a toddler i didn't have a period for 6 months and next they were always delayed and are still irregular to this day and it took me 2 years before i fell pregnant (i lost the baby) i would never win it in again but not all woman are equal so i would suggest that you think hard previously getting it in.
Hi, i had my implanon fitted 18 months ago.
Pro's - doesnt hurt to be fitted, and thats where on earth the pro;s end.
Con's - i bleed for 3 weeks really heavy later have a week of, if im lucky, then final to bleeding for 3 weeks again. this has been constant!
My cramps are grisly and PMS quite unbearable.
Unfortunately for me though, i cant hold it removed. its one of the only contraceptives that wont interfere with other meds im taking.
i wouldnt recommend it, or the patch (didnt work! )
Try a coil, ive heard good things around them.
hope i helped
xx
pros- no periods for 3 years, no cramps no nought.
cons - first 3 months constant period and hormore imbalances :(
once its contained by you can just forget about it.

i hear that there is alot of complications with this method i would newly stick to the shot or something but thats just me good luck
