I'm not sure roughly speaking the endometriosis, but diabetes can affect kidney function. Regardless of the cause, you should be seeing a doctor for this. If your pcp hasn't recommended a urologist all the same, then he/she is missing the big picture. There are several things that can cause repeated UTI's with kidney involvement, and a urologist is going to be the best mode to identify and resolve this issue on a long term foundation.

Is it normal for me not to enjoy menstual cycle at all?im 33,and i dont gen my time of year without taking pills?

The diabetes could be the mete out of both, particularly if your blood sugar is not within good control.

Watch your diet, run your meds as prescribed, make sure you oral exam your blood sugar frequently and consult with your doctor recurrently and have regular laboratory blood trialling done.

I know your pain. I too suffer from Endo, and because here is an implant intensely close to my right kidney I suffer from alot of kidney infections. Back in Dec of 06 my kidney doc did a scope to see if the Endo have entered into my kidney and the upright news w/ that be no there be nothing nearby. However my doctors do seem to agree that the Endo bud that is by my kidney is the leading problem. But since it is so close to my kidney they can't remove it. So I am always have issues and more pain because of the infections if cause.
