not to sure which one you are talking more or less, if you are talking just about the iud. i have the copper one and i have really heavy bleeding for the first two-three months next to spotting. Now my cycle is like middle-of-the-road for the most part. Delayed every immediately and then. Over adjectives i think it be a good investment, although i hold only have it for like four months. I have some cramps and i still get really mild ones, but it beat taking a pill every day.
