Size 14 or zero- what's improved?
a recent doctors appointment left me shocked! after taking my elevation and weight the doctor so charitably informed me that i'm actually classed as "OBESE" i couldn't believe what he be saying.
does anyone else find this definitely rediculas?

Well, a size 0 is not fit for someone at your height.
I don't know you, so it's knotty for me to say if you are really obese. Your doctor be calculating this based on your BMI (body mass index) which is a number calculated base on your height, sexual characteristics, and weight. It does not lug into account bone structure or muscle content. A BMI lower than 18 is overweight, 20 is average, over 25 is overweight, and over 30 is obese. It's just a number.
What else did your doctor read aloud? Did he suggest diet and exercise to you, or did he tell you to rebuff the BMI? In countries like America beside so much food available, almost everyone has to survey their diet and exercise regularly. If the doctor said that you were otherwise in shape, don't worry. If you already chomp through a healthy diet and exercise regularly, don't verbs. Everyone can benefit from a healthy diet and exercise. Believe me, your doctor be not calling you fat as you might hold interpreted it.
I cannot say much more or less your health because I am not your doctor, but I know that women who wear a size 14 are superb. Marilyn Monroe wore the same size. I am sure that you look wonderful. Remember, the obese BMI classification have nothing to do near how you look or what your eating behaviour are; it's just a number. Make sure you are nutritious, and remember that you are always fine.

I'm considered obese too and I'm 5'7" and a size 16. I imagine it's strange. I don't think a size 0 is improved than a size 14. Maybe somewhere in between is best, but who care. As long as you are getting some exercise every day, drinking plenty of sea and eating fruits and veggies, afterwards I really don't think you are wan at all.
Are the vitamins I'm taking affecting my vigour?
At your height a 14 surely would be healthier than a 0.Develop better drinking habits and exercise. Try curves or try the Y if within is one in your town.

Well in actuality not. You aren't supposed to be size zero any. You need to find a smiling medium. If you lately watch what you chomp through and excercise you'll get to where on earth you are supposed to be.Does location of breast lump indicate cancer or not?
True also that in the US the size that is most attractive is getting bigger--but our perception does not correct our health issues.Your robustness is NOT about what size clothing you wear.(someone who is a stout weight can own curves that means she fits into a larger size--Beyonce is a hearty 135)It is partly just about what weight you are for your height above sea level and how your body is functioning internally at that weight.
