Self confidence?

I constanley need back with things close to My thighs always other bother me I am 11 and 67lbs. But i cant make my self meditate i am skinny i weigh my self like 5 times a time and if i am like a pound differnce I dont drink that day.I dont know what to do.Should I be worried almost my weight.

People usually refer to me as anorexic or bolemia
I dont reflect on so!!

Honey, report your mom you want to see a doctor. It's a psychological problem that you really can't deal next to on your own. I had anorexia for plentiful years - I felt equal as you. I am 5' 4" and weighed 80 lbs. I didn't have an idea that I had a problem any, but I nearly died because I was so sick. I've be eating typically for 10 years now, but I still own problems because of this. My body can't tolerate many foods I used to love.
First item to do - get rid of the amount. Stop weighing yourself, it's colloquial for you to gain/lose up to 5 lbs in a week, most of that's just hose down anyway. You're 11 - you really NEED to gain weight or your body won't develop properly. Don't crumple the rest of your life because of this. A doctor will be capable of help you catch past this - and you'll be indebted in the long run!

I'm fifteen, love, and I went through duplicate thing you did. I never thought I'd dive prey to anorexia, but I did, and I really do believe that you're on the pathway to anorexia or bulimia...not eating suggest anorexia, though. This departed year has be the worst year of my life and it's because of this thought process; I've be scarred for the rest of my vivacity. Do not make one and the same mistake I did...at 67 pounds, I think you should gain somewhat bit more weight. Let me describe you something: guys like women beside some fat...person superskinny is NOT attractive. Just look at supermodels...sure they get familiar, but no one really like looking at them because they're too horrendous and unreal. We're kids and we NEED food and nutrition, more than adults do, because our bodies are growing into their full potential. Adults are already fully grown, but we are not...YOU are NOT. I do believe you should be worried, so please try to open up and wallow in life while you own it. Your body needs food contained by order to exist for as long as possible, so please clutch care of yourself. The longer you jump on like this, the worse bring down you'll do and the harder it'll be to change put money on.

It sounds like your paranoid with your consignment. Learn to accept it or find a mode to be more healthy (exercise ingestion right). Weight shouldn't be something to worry nearly. I think man 11 and 67 lbs. is way too skinny. It's not well or a pretty sight to see problems similar to these get worse. Talk to your doctor in the region of it, don't be scared, really :)
