Natural route , ok. Eat plenty of lovely fruits for your snack and eat unprocessed food . Exercise regularly (not four hours previously sleep ,of course) so that you'll feel the urge to sleep when it is time.

The natural route have proved to be very disappointing sorry to vote. I would prefer also to use herbal medication instead of hormones but nothing help. What I read was that womenwho do Yoga experience smaller amount hot flashes and general well-being, so you might try that, also simply recently I read nearly Rhubarb as being some sort of a trial treatment but I have not see how or where its sold if at adjectives, or if its still under research. Sorry I can't be of relieve, but this is the situation. I know how you feel because I be 6 years after hysterectomy without hormones (my decision) and I give up because I had no sleep and I be exhausted and cranky and not myself.

I hold heard that ingestion tofu lessened the hot flashes and night sweats. I believe any type of soy you ingest will if truth be told keep the sweats somewhat at sound. My hot flashes weren't so bad. It be those night sweats that wake up you up every 15 min. all darkness long! How are we supposed to function?- Ingrown hair.. grrr?
