Nothing you can do. Be prepared. Have what you entail with you, and if you're that like a cat on hot bricks about it, purchase some panty-liners (very lightweight and comfortable to use) and wear those until you touch confident again.

bring pads/tampons. if you reckon your starting just budge to the bathroom, and see for yourself.

Has your gyno ever told you that you have?

In the event you do fire up menstruating (your period) in school, you want to be prepared. Have some extra pads/tampons on paw, or better yet, wear a pantiliner for a few days (good to wear if you suppose you are getting your period). That way, if you do get hold of your period, you are not caught past its sell-by date guard.
Hope this helps!

A woman whose menopause started lately, does she need to clutch HRT drugs?

everybody has righteous answers. follow their advice. if you find your period while you are at arts school and don't have any pads/tampons you can other ask your friends or go to the arts school nurse.

Is this a good workout routine for a 13 year matured female?

Since you can't control your menstrual time of year you won't know when it comes. Carry a thick wipe in your backpack so when it does come during arts school you can go to the restroom and rework it. You'll know that you have started when your underwear feel rather damp and weird because it will be your first time. Maybe the cramps are stomach ache. Cramps occur within the lower part of your stomach. But don't be scared out of your wits just get a thick wad that will hold you off for the first morning of your period.
