When you first begin menstuating, it can rob a good bit of time beforehand your periods become regular. No worries. Your pubesence have not become "reversed".

I just have my gallbladder removed about a week ago?

There's no such point as puberty reversal, baby. Though empire can have complications or problems next to it, depending on their medical/family history and issues. Give it a little time. When you first start out, you may be rather irregular or in and out. Every girl's body is different. Periods can concluding 3-7 days, be light or extremely brawny, come with unbearable cramps and symptoms - or none at all, collect the cycle, itself...honey you'd be surprised how unique respectively woman can be, concerning her cycle.

I've missed mine a few times in my life. Due to stress, most plausible (and your body doesn't always hold an "on time" reaction, according to you). I particularly wasn't pregnant, and mine are all over the place most of the time, anyway. :)

Something you may want to do, is hold a log of your cycles. Use a calendar or make your own chart, and track it. Mark the light of day it comes each month. You may also want to comment or sucker how long it lasts, and whether it be heavy or neutral. This will help you know what is regular or not, for you. You'll know when to expect it (which, trust me - is VERY helpful), and it will be a good hint for you and your physician - especially if any problems do occur. Take diligence, baby. You'll be alright. :)
