Sore boobs for departed 3 weeks.?

I have had sore boobs in a minute for just over 3 weeks, i always get hold of quite sore a week before AF which i believe was on 7th April, it was really lantern (red) but only lasted 2 days unlike the usual 5-6 days! sore boobs usually subside the morning AF arrives but this time they have continue to be sore! they dont be aware of heavy though they feel swollen and almost bruised close to. mainly round my nipple and at the sides. i did hpt's on the 7th (day bleeding started) the 9th when bleeding stopped and 11th they were adjectives negative, what do you think is wrong next to my boobs, moods and tiredness xx

Too body conscious?

I'm not sure what you connote by AF and hpt (sorry those acronym escape me), but I notice that my breasts get sore during times of the month when I would generally have my period (I don't own one now, I had a partial hysterectomy), and when I've be drinking too much caffeine. Also when I've gained a little more substance than I probably should be carrying it goes straight to my breasts, so when that happens and I put on a bra, next take it off, omg! I'm soooo sore. But look to what you're drinking and drinking during that time. It could be something there that there's too much of that's causing the problem and its invisible because it's something you don't discern.

My suggestion is when they are hurting, keep a diary of every thing you are doing and intake. Then when they stop hurting, take a look back, see if it's only your period, or if there's medications, vitamins or some type of food you've increased or of late maybe there's a mix that you don't normally do during this time as a result of possibly your period or in response to your time that has increased the soreness. For example, a medication you don't normally filch except during your period? I dunno, but that's my suggestion =). If you keep track of your routine during the soreness you can own a better starting point to look back at.

Can I stoppage my length by starting my hot pack of birth control pills one week subsequently than usual?
