I went to the doctor for this problem and my doctor said that since I be on birth control I needed to take Vitamin B complex, because it help with iron. I guess the pills rob away your Vitamin B and iron supplies. Try the vitamin B complex, but my doc told me make sure its the vitamin b Complex. Hope this help! :)
