Help Please!! Kind of gross?

I'm a girl and everytime I go to the bathroom and after wipe it feels resembling a needle is constantly poking me on the nouns where your pee comes out. what is wrong next to me? I know this is gross and kind of unexpected but I need to know. Thanks

Uh ok well you've probably be wiping too rock-hard and you've dried to skin out you should get some wet-wipes to use and some lotion. If that doesn't work ask a doctor.
