well, exercise inadvertantly make them bigger because if you build up the pectoral muscles underneath, your chest size increases ! So the person who stated that her friend said that swimming increased her bra size, it is totally true :) you can try lifting weights if you are much of a swimmer.

I'm sorry, but there is no opening to make them grow.
I spent my entire teen years looking into it & trying even the stupidist of methods.
Invest in a pad bra, gel bra or silicon inserts (chicken fillets) to put in your bra.
Surgery is the only other agency to make boobs bigger.
And I'd say they hold stopped growing by 18. With surgery, they advise you wait until 18 as your body is still potentially growing beforehand then.
I had breast implant when I was 21 & it's the best thing I hold ever done. I hated my flat chest so much...clothes not fitting, looking like a boy...one very self conscious all the time...not dating boys because of it etc...
I transformed into a confident being after & it really was the best thing I hold ever done.
I wouldn't go back to my flat-chested AA cup years for anything, even if you remunerated me $1000000000!

Oh, and heidi is wrong...everyone gains weight surrounded by different places first...so if you put weight on you could just wind up up with a fat stomach & fleshy thighs or bum & still have small boobs!

The only inherent way to make your breasts grow is pregnancy. Everything else is a scam. You can do exercises to strengthen the pectoral muscles that support the breasts, but it won't spawn them any bigger.
