I'm 19 and have a serious issue next to vaginal dryness?

Everybody keeps wise saying to use astroglide, K.Y. (which doesn't work), not to douche, use White Dove body wash... etc. etc.
I don't want a acting remedy... I'm 19, I shouldn't have this problem. I can't receive wet and partly way through sex I run dry (with K.Y.). I want to know something that is going to FIX this problem. Please support!
