Do dietary supplements effect birth control pills?

i know antibiotics and st. johns wart have an impact on the value of birth control. i've talked to my doctor something like herbal supplements and she said there wasn't any proof that they can effect the pill. i was freshly wondering if anyone had hear differently or experienced anything that made them think that herbal supplements would own and impact on the pill.

Also, you want to craft sure there are any chemical reaction going on between the supplements and the pills, just so they don't affect respectively other's physiological roles.

When I ate profoundly of soy products, like soymilk, and soy lacto-vegetarian meats, for a while it be very irregular and srewed up. Then I familiar and things were conventional again. Who knows? Just my own experience.
