If the pain have been going on for a month straight, it is NOT PMS. Go see your doctor.
PMS usually comes just about one or two weeks before your time, then go away once your period comes.
Well it sounds resembling it but I don't think it is since it's be going on for a month. PMS is different for every woman. It can start anywhere from two weeks to a few days before your term and it goes away once your time of year starts. You could be pregnant. If there's a possibility, nick a home test or travel to your doctor.
