What to expect from switching brands of birth control?

I am 21 and just have my ovary removed. Before my surgery my docotor gave me a two month supply of yaz and a prescription for Sprintec. I merely finished off the yaz and I am on my third hours of daylight of sprintec. I just get off my interval that lasted for 4 days and I notice that yaz which has four white pills is different from the sprintec which I am guessing since it have 7 white pills my periods are suppose to be a week in a minute. I tried looking up info about the two, but adjectives the sites say one and the same thing. I necessitate personal experiences with the two. I hold taken birth control before, but the pills made me sick, I don't remember the pet name only that they don't spawn them anymore. I unfortunatly can not afford the yaz so sprintec is my only choice. I also want to know do I really own to wait the week to hold sex. I took the yaz faithfully. Its still birth control merely a different brand, right?
