I really want to improve my weightiness and fitness?

heyy everyone
i know you've probably read plenty of girls asking for your help to lose freight.
but its not necessarily losing weight.
but acquirement more muscle mass, and toning my legs a bit.
i have a somewhat slender shape, beside the right curves.
but i dont like them much.
i own 3 target zones psyche like assistance with.
upper arms, tummy, and thighs.
i personally do not HATE them
but it would be a nice promotion for them to be what i wanted.
so if any of you enjoy any ideas what i can do
food and exercise erudite, it would be greatly appreaciated =]
by the way, im 16 so im not extremely young.

Good for you to want to want to get clean!

If you're at the weight you want to be, here is no real involve to change your diet customs, unless you eat especially unhealthfully.

As for toning your arms, you can just buy 5 or 10 lb. paw weights at a place like Dick's or Wal-Mart, even, and move your arms beside the weights in your hand so that the muscles you want to tone are being used. Do reps of these until you're tired and do it again the subsequent day.

For your belly, I don't think near is anything better for toning your belly than crunches. If you want to target your lower belly as well, do wall crunches, where on earth you put your back flat on the wall so that your thighs are straight down to the wall and do crunches that way.

Just a note since I start: crunches, push ups, situps, etc will not help you loose immensity! THEY WILL MAKE YOU GAIN MUSCLE!!

What you really need to do if you want to loose
freight, is make sure you do these VERY important
things:

1. Have no more than 1,000 calories a daytime! Look on
every nutrition label of what you put away, and always buy
low calorie foods!

2. Exercise! But not for muscles! People grasp loosing
weight and attainment juscle confused. The gym is good
for tonning up muscles, but to loose weight, you
really hold to run, jump, swim, and anything else that
really make you sweat, sweat, sweat!! Exercise for
AT Least 1-3 hoursa a day!

3. EAT HEALTHY! Some populace skip breakfast and lunch
and then own a huge dinner right before bed. That is
unquestionably the worst thing you can do for your immune
system! You will gain cargo and will NEVER be able to
loose it because your immune system will be screwd up!
Make sure you own a large breakfast next to no (or
little) breads. Like one egg, 2 turkey sausages, and
one waffle. Cereal and milk is good, but next to 1% milk
and no sugery cereal like lucky charms, fruit loops,
etc.
Have a atmosphere sized lunch, no hamburgers, fries, or
soda. A salad or tofu, or chicken strips (not fried)
or anything else yummy and helathy you can think of.
But still survey the calories.
Always remember to have dinner BEFORE 6 PM! A light
soup next to toast, or low calorie mac and cheese and a
salad is good. Maybe a veggie low calorie lasgna.
Also, dont EVER chomp through meat after 7 pm! Especially pork
and beef. Chicken is ok, but eat it no less that 3
hours earlier bed.
No snacking on chips, chocolate, or any calorie
filled, starurated podgy drenched, snacks during the
day! If your craving for a snack, dried fruit or
regular fruit or special K bar are good. BUT NO
ENERGY BARS, BECAUSE THEY HAVE TONS OF SUGAR!!

4. Go to bed untimely! Did you know that the more you
sleep, the more fat you burn? Thats why you are always
lighter contained by the morning, by a pound or so.

5. HAVE WILLPOWER!! You have to know when to tell
yourself to stop! Sometimes you stipulation it to tell you to
dance exercise, sometimes not to eat donuts and cake at a
birthday entertainment.

Here's and equation that I well-educated in nursing academy that will help aver or loose weight. To keep up your weight you would put away 28 calories/kg which mean if you weigh 110 lbs that would = 55kg, to get this you divide the mass by 2.2, then multiply 55 by 28 which equals 1540 calories. specifically to MAINTAIN 110lbs. To loose you would eat 15-20 calories/kg. So you would multiply 15-20 by 55 and to loose counterweight you would eat 825-1100 calories. Now realistically, I weigh 317 and I tried this and it really worked for me. I now weigh 287 and I am still on this and continuing to loose immensity. I'm really and not dieting, I just changed my consumption habits. Instead of white bread I chomp through wheat bread, instead of potato chips, I eat apple chips or banana chips. Its things like that that make a different. Whatever your weight is divide it by 2.2 and that will make a contribution you the weight within kilograms and multiply that by 15-20 calories and stay in that scope each time. I bet my last 20 dollars that it will work.
