If you are experiencing this problem of late later it could be attributed to one or many of the following:
1. Your work style/ moral fibre of job have changed recently. May be this recent redeploy subjects you to enormous stress.
2. You are excited give or take a few something that is going to occur very to hand future( like your engagement or conjugal, etc..)
3. Your food style has changed / deviated from routine
4. Something is worrying you.
When I undergo the same problem, I started to getting involved in some actions which would relax the mind. Before going to bed you can start reading a book/novel which is not that interesting. You can listen to soul-stirring music. In the nights, basically before sleep, taking milk also induces sleep. On the bed, beforehand sleep, pray open heartedly to relax your mind. Don't drink stimulants resembling tea or coffee before going to bed.
Have a fitting sleep.
