How do you share your hot trainer it is that time of the month?

I am working towards becoming a pro boxer- so I train 5 days a week around guys and my hot trainer. My problem is - my period sucks! Most of the time I become anemic and finishing up feeling really tired near bad cramps. I can usually use some excuses for approaching a day or two, but the bottom row is I am too embarrassed to share him so I just conclude up flaking or sucking it up. I don't mind sucking it up and working out, but usually he will end up yell at me for a bad or stale performance. So what should I do or articulate that will not be completely embarrassing contained by this "guy" like environment?

Just make clear to him it's your time of the month. Tell him that you get anemic. If he doesn't dispatch you home then try your best.

I'm pretty sure he'll get. He's probably worked with women who enjoy had their pr during training until that time.

just put in the picture him that ur not feeling well/ or ask sum1else to do it for u(like ur mom or a close friend). he should have a handle on that ur not well and present u some break.

You are asking us to help you fiction by creating excuses. If you can't be genuine and be yourself, consequently you need to start curious your integrity.

Just telling him is the simple answer that will contribute you the best result. If you hold off on describing him, it will just receive worse. You shouldn't risk your health or worsen your niggle because of how hot he is. He should understand if you report him.If he doesn't, he isn't as hot as you thought he was.
