Is it ok to have not started?

Check near your doctor, however if you are over 45, most women DO start to have "leakage" . you don't necessitate to stop running, however, and you don't need to be fussing next to a full protective UNDERGARMET.. Several companies make bladder control PADS that are similar to sanitary napkins but bigger... they bring about a DAY to return with used to wearing but after that, they are comfortable and give you adjectives the protection you will need from your small leak problem. They come is several different sizes depending on the leakage amount so experiment near the smallest size first and go to the thicker ones IF you stipulation to. Oh and you can do every kind of exercise comfortably within these PADS, except of course hose down sports...

Is it better to sleep with a bra on or lacking one?

Ask your doctor, there are sometimes things they can impart you to help next to the incontinence. Also, you may want to look into some type of undergarment protection just to be on the out of danger side. Good luck, and keep on running!!
