Why do birth control pills affect all women differently?

I have a hysterectomy three years ago and I can tell you that my sex enthusiasm changed too, it does feel different and orgasms are also different. Do you still own your cervix? I don;t and I can tell you that it feel even better now minus it. More sensitive. But what could be happening is when you have surgery if you lost your cervix the doctor may have tattered some of the nerves in at hand and it affecting the feeling and spontaneous effect to sex. It could also be hormonal. I waited 6 months after mine to enjoy sex and it was difficult for me to orgasm for in the region of the first 8 months after that. So it could just be your body is still trying to adjust to the difference in your hormones. I know you still hold your ovaries and that's good but your body still go through a trauma and your hormones have changed. Try doing some different things sexually your sensations hold changed, you need to explore untried things and find what else is really satisfying for you in a minute. Example like toys, dirrerent positions, stuff approaching that. Good Luck to you. It could also be mental. You might feel smaller amount sexually now and not be conscience of it. I go through a period of premonition like smaller quantity of a woman now and it took time for that to alteration. But all is flawless now. Go explore and own fun!
