After pregnancy, I can't even do situps anymore due to the c-section.?

Aside from surgery, what options do I hold to rebuild these muscles and reshape my tummy?

I hold been told to see a specialist, but I don't know what species of specialist nor do I really have the funds so any sustain is greatly appreciated. thanks

DO GIRLS masturbate?

I'm a Pilates instructor and have have success beside women that have have c-sections. It takes a while for a woman that have had a c-section to "feel" her muscles work again. It may be due to the trauma to the abdominal muscles or even growth of defacement tissue at the incision site. Having someone work with you surrounded by finding those muscles again helps. If you enjoy insurance, asking your doctor to prescribe a few sessions with a physical psychiatric therapist may be helpful or even taking a yoga or Pilates class and discussion with the instructor after class roughly speaking your situation and asking her to spend a few moments with you to give support to you use the muscles you need to strengthen your core.

Terbutaline, med. used to stopped contractions? PLEASE HELP!!?

I'd guess after your scar healed, you could get going working on exercises to help near your tummy. You wouldn't want to start before because of the misery and the possiblity of reopening up the incision line..

What is the jeopardy with have a breast cyst that has a tricky center?

Tubal Ligation?

I am next to the first girl on dont do it too soon!

But when you do:

Since you cant do situps and prolly cant do any type of full pulling motion...try just sitting in a bench and tensing up the belly muscles and hold them for intervals of like 10 second...and then release...and start out slow and beside just a touch tensing and work your way up.

This should build the muscles lacking putting too much strain on the rest of you.

Congrats on the new insertion :)
