Peiord cramps?

I am 11 i have really unpromising cramps but i am not bleeding.

dont verbs about it too much. when i be like 11 and 12 i have really bad cramps but nil happened until close to a year later. its probably your time starting ..if u havent started yet.

Take an aleve as soon as you grain them coming on, get a heat pad and put it on your tummy and fake down until it passes. I have them all my life span, from 11 until I was 35 and have a hysterectomy. One advantage be when I had a kid it was not too much worse than my cramps, and I be used to it. Make sure you are eating a good diet and getting plenty of excercise, and plenty of sleep. Some people say aloud excercising when you have cramps will backing, but it never did for me, it made them worse, so try it out for yourself first to see if it will or won't work for you. If so great, if not, whip it easy. I be usually ok if I could make myself move about to sleep even for only ten minutes. Good luck, hope you be aware of better :(
