Vitamin Questions?

26 Year old feminine. Started taking a multi-vitamin each morning and also a super B complex vitamin respectively morning. Going to also take a C vitamin starting tomorrow. Doc say to get 1,000mg respectively day of Vit. C. My grill is, do you take these purely once a day or beside each breakfast time? I read where associates say they cart them with respectively meal.

Also, which can I clutch at night next to dinner? The B complex and C? I want to keep these within my system constatly to get the most from them. I wouldn't feel I would want to take a multi twice a time though. How many milligrams should I nick and how many a year?

Is detrol LA 4MG just used to cut back on urinary frequency or doe it also help beside reducing urinary leakage?

hi!
i answered your previous interrogate about vitamins and gratefulness for the best answer.
i'm sorry i didn't see your added details.

you can take your B complex and your C contained by the morning and evening. i usually do 7am and 7pm..that way my vitamins are evenly dispersed throughout the sunshine.
you do want to watch your plump soluble vitamins, like A. it is possible to enjoy too much A and it can harm your liver.

your B and C and E vitamins are marine soluble, so, like i said since, you just pee out what you don't use.

i shop for my vitamins at Vitamin world b/c i estimate GNC is a bit pricey. i get like peas in a pod thing as the Women's ultramega vitamin at vitamin world. it say on the bottle to take 1 TWICE per daylight.

3 years ago i had breast fall. my surgeon told me about this vitmain regimen and i hold kept it up ever since!
i rarely bring sick and if i catch a irregular cold i'm over it in a time or so and i don't think i've missed work due to ailment in a long long time.

here's what i whip:
7am:
1 ultramega
1 gram of C
400 units of E
1-2 B complex
400 mcg folic sharp (helps with quill and nail strength!)

7pm:
repeat same vitamins as above

the basis it's recommended to take beside meals is b/c a vitamin wants foods containing those vitamins to help your system hold it. also, the iron in a ultramega can take home your tummy a bit upset. i never had problems near this, but some people do.

i'm a big believer surrounded by vitamins.

now, if you don't choose to appropriate an ultramega multi-vitamin, then check the sticky label. it will tell you if you can filch 1 or 2 a day.

OR you can purely do some research online about the max dosages of lubricant soluble vitamins and compare that to what's in your multi.know what i mean?

i hope this help!

take consideration.

P.S.
i use vitamin world to get my ultramegas, BUT i catch all my other vitamins from wal-mart and Sam's club. here's no difference in the feature and i read an article that solidified this theory. the spring dale and member's fault vitamins are no different than more expensive brands at GNC!

pps
as for the answer above.
you can almost always find refusal things about ANYTHING on the internet.
if you are torn in the order of what to take and how recurrently, then simply discuss it next to your doctor.

i'm a big believer in vitamins, however, my husband doesn't even filch a daily multi vitamin. some say-so if you eat properly, afterwards you don't need vitamins. adjectives i know is that once i started my vitamin routine i noticed a difference. so, i choose to nick them and i think they work!

as for internet stuff.
parley to your doctor. i knew a woman who didn't want the rhogam shot when she be pregnant b/c she read some article online. that's when her OB whipped out a book SHOWING her what would arise to her baby if she didn't take the shot and her body attacked the baby as a foreign aim.

so.it's your choice.

take attention to detail:)

Period problem?

To the best of my knowledge one should not lug excessive
doses of vitamins. Once a day 1000 mg C is more than ample you are young and you probably drink milk or drink cheese or try drinking orange liquid. I think you have need of to read a bit about the danger of taking too much and too many vitamins:

There is more but I reason for now this is sufficient bits and pieces to read.
